These terms apply to the use of the Chocolate Club and Conscious Gatherings websites and to the purchase of tickets, accommodation and extras for our events, including Ecstatic Dance Festival Holland (Winter and Summer editions) and Het Grote Fijne. By ordering a ticket you accept these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Tickets and prices
Tickets, accommodation and extras are sold through our ticketing partner Hipsy. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT; any booking or service fees are shown before you pay. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you have received a confirmation email.
3. Cooling-off period
Because our tickets are leisure activities tied to a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to ticket purchases, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. Pay Later reservations follow the same rule once the booking is made.
4. Payment
Payment is handled by Hipsy and its payment providers. We never see or store your full payment card details. A Pay Later first payment reserves your ticket; the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your ticket conditions. If the balance is not paid in time, your reservation may be cancelled and the first payment handled according to the ticket conditions.
5. Refunds, transfers and cancellation
- If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
- If an event is moved by more than 24 hours or to a different location, you may choose a refund if you cannot attend.
- Tickets are otherwise non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person where the ticket type allows a name change via Hipsy.
- Accommodation and extras follow the conditions shown at booking.
6. Event participation
Admission is with a valid ticket. We may refuse entry or ask a participant to leave in case of safety risks, disruptive behaviour, or violation of the event rules, without entitlement to a refund. Children attend under the responsibility of a parent or guardian and need a children’s ticket where applicable. Event rules published for each festival form part of these terms.
7. Liability
Participation in our events is at your own risk. Liability of Chocolate Club B.V. is limited as far as Dutch law allows, and never excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or deliberate recklessness.
8. Force majeure
If an event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control — such as extreme weather, government measures, or safety risks — we will offer a new date or a refund, and these terms continue to apply to the rescheduled event.
9. Intellectual property and media
All content on our websites and event materials is the property of Chocolate Club B.V. or its licensors. Photos and videos may be taken at events for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in promotional media, let us know at the event or via connect@chocolateclub.world.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
