The little things, taken care of
Two camping fields
Our festival location has two camping fields right next to the main building. One is a wooded area hidden under lush greenery, the other an open field beside an idyllic lake. On arrival you can choose where you want to stay: first come, first served.
Parking
There’s a special loading and unloading zone near the campsite and the main building. After unloading, park in a designated spot. Arrive on time and there’s a small car park next to the main building; otherwise plenty of parking is a five-minute walk away — follow our team’s directions or the signs.
Electricity & WiFi
There is no electricity available on the campsite. A free WiFi connection is available, but not equally strong everywhere. Please leave laptops and phones in your tent or room as much as possible.
Finding your way to the field
Airports nearby
There are three airports nearby: Eindhoven, Maastricht and Düsseldorf. From there you can continue by train or taxi.
By train
Take the train to NS Station Venlo and from there the bus (14 min) to Baarlo, De Berckt. From the bus station it’s a 7-minute walk to the location. Check NS.nl or 9292OV.nl for public transport options.
Carpooling
Click on the floating orange widget on the left to offer or find a ride — let’s help each other (and our beloved Pacha Mama). At the gathering itself there will be a board with rides for the journey home.
Everything you wonder
Can’t find your answer? We’re happy to help — reach out via the ticket shop or our community channels.
Your ticket includes a spot on the campsite, but you can also book a room in the castle (at extra cost). Your camping options: Tent — bring your own tent and find a beautiful, quiet spot in nature. Camper/caravan — bring your cosy house on wheels! Note: there is no electricity on the campsite. One of the great advantages of our location is that we can also offer rooms in a building on site. Your ticket does not include a room; if you don’t want to camp, you book your stay separately. For all options and prices, see our ticket shop. Castle rooms: comfortable beds, private showers, bed linen and one towel per person included. Shared rooms for 4 and 6 people are separated for men and women.
There is one room key per room. If you share your room with others, you can leave your key at the welcome desk downstairs.
Bed linen and one towel per person are included. An extra towel/bathrobe is recommended because of swimming/wellness.
Depending on the event, we have rooms available in the castle (a building a little further away) or in the farmhouse (main building). We make the allocation. If you have specific requests you can e-mail them to connect@chocolateclub.world. We’ll do our best for you, but please note we cannot fulfil every request.
You can choose your camping spot on arrival: first come, first served! Indoor rooms are assigned by us based on planning and location. If you have special requirements or wishes regarding your overnight stay, contact us by e-mail (connect@chocolateclub.world).

A free WiFi connection is available, but it’s not equally strong everywhere. At Chocolate Club events we promote a healthy lifestyle and awareness. We encourage you to experience our events with as little technology as possible — please leave laptops and phones in your tent/room.
No, children are not allowed at this festival. Instead, we tailor the program to adults (and their precious me-time). If you’re looking for a child-friendly alternative, check out our Het Grote Fijne festival at the end of the summer, where we offer a great program for children and various forms of entertainment.
