SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the marketing text messages sent by Chocolate Club B.V. through Mailchimp. They are separate from the terms that apply to festival tickets or other purchases.
1. What you are signing up for
When you expressly sign up for SMS messages from Chocolate Club, you may receive messages about Ecstatic Dance Festival Holland, Het Grote Fijne and other Chocolate Club or Conscious Gatherings events and offerings. Messages may include ticket releases, programme announcements, event reminders, news and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies, particularly around an event or ticket release.
Signing up is optional. Your consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or using our services. Giving us a phone number for a booking does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing texts. Consent to email marketing is separate from consent to SMS marketing.
2. Delivery and charges
We send these messages through Mailchimp. Messages sent to Dutch numbers may appear under a branded sender name rather than a replyable telephone number. Delivery depends on your mobile network and device, and messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Your mobile provider’s usual message or data charges may apply; Chocolate Club does not charge you for subscribing to this programme.
3. How to unsubscribe
Every marketing text includes an unsubscribe link. Open that link and follow the instructions to stop receiving marketing texts. You can also ask us to unsubscribe you by emailing connect@chocolateclub.world or calling +31 6 4928 4588. We will process your request and may send a confirmation of your opt-out.
For messages sent under a one-way branded sender name, you cannot unsubscribe by replying STOP, and replies such as HELP may not reach us. Please use the link or the contact details above. Unsubscribing from marketing texts does not necessarily stop essential messages about a booking or event you are attending.

5. Changes to this programme or these terms
We may change the content, frequency or operation of the programme, or discontinue it. We may also update these terms. We will publish the current version on our website and take any further steps required by law if a change affects your existing consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
