We cook all main meals mostly gluten-free and vegan. We indicate with the menu and buffet where allergens are present, so you can choose the dishes that meet your needs. If not, we indicate that, and (usually) have an alternative.

For example, if you prefer a keto or sattvic diet, or want to avoid the nightshade family, we recommend bringing your own food just to be on the safe side.

We cook almost entirely organic and do our best to offer healthy food to everyone. However, it is not feasible to satisfy everyone’s dietary preferences/wishes/requirements.

When in doubt, it is best to take some snacks such as nuts. We also sell all sorts of things at buy-in prices or less.
